Doypenta

Introduced for the first time at Interpack 2011, Doy Penta represents Pentavac’s first step towards new kinds of bags: the doy bag and the pouch bag (in the picture). The frame is made of a tubular in Inox AISI 304, and it exalts the standard features of all Pentavac machines: extremely easy inspection, cleaning and simplicity. The safety doors in transparent carbonate make the machine open on two sides for an easier access for cleaning and maintenance. Doy Penta is realized only with Brushless motors that combine speed and sealing power, also with the zip. The enclosed picture shows the standard application for grated cheese with the device to add the zip. The machine can be built with different kinds of filling, weighing, linear or multihead loading systems. The control panel with graphic symbols is simple and user-friendly, it simplifies the handling of the machine, even to the inexperienced operator. The format changing operations are extremely quick and comfortable, devised in order to optimize production time. A complete series of accessories is available on demand: gas flushing device and tear-notch device, a wide range of multihead weighers, auger volumetric fillers for powders or with piston filler for liquid products. The frame incorporates, with an ergonomic solution, the predisposition for different kinds of printers and labelers. The available forming tubes can realize doy bags and pouch bags. The photocell for print registration is included. The Doy Penta can realize a maximum bag width of 340mm.

A wide range of weighing, filling, counting and loading devices can be jointed to the packaging machine according to the requirement.
