Checkweighers – Series S

The "S Series" includes modular checkweighers that meet the current requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, especially the GMP regulations and the stringent quality control reference standards.

The "S Series" checkweighers can be integrated with :

• Datamatrix one-dimensional or two-dimensional marking systems
• Display system for monitoring the package and marking
• Multiple ejector systems with strict separation of the different products rejected.

The Checkweighers "S Series" range of measuring instruments has been desinged using sturdy, tried-and-tested measuring technology to meet the industry's growing demands, with special attention to the specific requirements of each manufacturing sector.

The creation of customised solution designed to suit the size and shape of the products to be conveyed and measured ensures excellent results and full integration into even the most complex production lines.

Various different configurations are available with 1 to 5 conveyor belts and width measurements ranging from 45mm to 160mm, for conveying bottles, tubes, blister packs and boxes.
